Iran Air has decided to launch flight operations to Pakistan. According to reports, the airline will start direct flights between Mashhad and Lahore from October 29. Iran Air will operate one flight per week on this route.
Officials said the decision aims to enhance travel convenience and strengthen people-to-people connections between the two countries.
Iran Air, as the name suggests, is the national airline of Iran and one of the oldest carriers in the Middle East. Established in 1944, the airline operates from its main hub at Tehran’s Imam Khomeini International Airport, offering both domestic and international flights to destinations across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Recognized by its iconic Homa bird logo, Iran Air has long served as the country’s primary link to global travel and continues to play a central role in Iran’s aviation industry.
