At-Tahur Limited (PSX: PREMA) has taken a u-turn from raising up to Rs. 750 million through the issuance of a privately placed, rated, and secured Islamic Sukuk to finance its working capital requirements.
“With reference to our Notice dated April 7, 2025, concerning the early redemption of the Privately Placed Islamic Sukuk amounting to Rs. 750 million, as well as the associated Closed Period for the final payment encompassing both the principal amount and profit accrued during the fund utilization period, At-Tahur Limited hereby intends to withdraw the aforementioned Notice due to certain technical issues beyond our control,” the company said in a stock filing today.
The principal activity of the Company is to run a dairy farm for the production and processing of milk and dairy products.
