CDA and DHA to Launch Margalla Enclave Housing Society in Islamabad
Following the overwhelming response to Sector C-14, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has partnered with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) to launch a new residential project, Margalla Enclave. CDA announced on Tuesday that all 236 plots in Sector C-14 were sold, with over 1,500 applicants, including 550 overseas Pakistanis, vying for the properties. According to a CDA press release, Margalla Enclave promises to be a major residential development in Islamabad, offering prime urban living. The project will include residential plots in five-marla, 10-marla, and one-kanal sizes to accommodate diverse needs. Plots will have flexible payment options, allowing buyers to pay over one, two, or three years. Complete details about the project can be found on the CDA’s official website. CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa called the joint venture a significant step in Islamabad’s development, providing a secure and high-quality investment opportunity. He also praised the strong public interest in Sector C-14 and noted that successful applicants can confirm their plots by submitting the first installment. Development in Sector C-14 is underway, with plot possession planned after final payments.
