The price of gold in Pakistan continued its record-breaking rally on Friday as the price hit an all-time high of Rs. 306,200 per tola.
The price of 24 karat per tola gold in Pakistan increased by Rs. 2,200 and was sold at Rs. 306,200, All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) reported.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs. 262,517 after an increase of Rs. 1,886, according to APGJSA.
The price of gold also reached a record high in the international market today. As per Association, the rate was at $2,933 per ounce (with a premium of $20) and was up by $20 during the day.
It is pertinent to mention here that the price of gold rose by Rs. 2,500 per tola on Thursday.
