Haleon Pakistan to Appoint Qawi Naseer As New CEO

Haleon Pakistan Limited (PSX: HALEON) has decided to appoint Qawi Naseer as Chief Executive Officer of the company. The current Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Farhan Muhammad Haroon, will be transferred to Haleon South Africa as General Manager, effective June 1, 2025. The company’s Board of Directors formally approved the transition. Haroon will continue to serve as CEO and Executive Director of Haleon Pakistan until May 31, 2025. Qawi Naseer will join as CEO of  Haleon on April 28, 2025. Naseer will formally assume the role of CEO and Executive Director on June 1, 2025. A corresponding announcement regarding the change in designation will be made in line with the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) requirements. “Naseer is a dynamic and accomplished business leader with a track record of driving transformative growth and innovation in the consumer goods industry. The Board of Directors welcome Mr. Naseer to the Company,” the filing added.
