President Asif Ali Zardari has summoned the sessions of both lower and upper houses of Parliament for the presentation of the federal budget 2025-26 on Tuesday, June 10.
The National Assembly will convene at 5:00 pm, followed by the Senate session at 6:00 pm on the same day. Copies of the federal budget will also be tabled in the Senate during its session.
It was only confirmed a few days ago that the FY26 budget will be presented by lawmakers on June 10 to fast-track tax revenue measures and new compliance efforts to enhance economic growth next fiscal year.
