It will now operate under the Banking Companies Ordinance (BCO), 1962 and there will be no change in the company’s existing shareholding structure. Under the Licensing and Regulatory Framework for Digital Banks, easypaisa digital bank will offer an enhanced suite of services. It said, “Our comprehensive service offering includes digital accounts, consumer lending solutions, and term deposit services.
