The Capital Development Authority has announced that finalize the long-pending Built Up Property (BUP) awards for three sectors in Islamabad.
These include Sectors E-13, D-13 and F-13 after completing the full verification of all constructed properties located on acquired land.
Officials said affected owners will shortly receive notices regarding their remaining payable dues.
According to the authority, the documentation and cross-checking of BUP records in the three sectors have been completed after several years of delays caused by missing information and incomplete surveys. The updated data will now be used to issue the final awards.
The CDA has advised all BUP owners and unit holders in the affected sectors to deposit their outstanding dues within ten days at the office of the Deputy Commissioner CDA.
The authority stressed that timely payment is essential to conclude the compensation and settlement process.
Officials also cautioned that those who fail to make the required payments within the deadline will bear full responsibility for any resulting delays.
The CDA added that no special requests or extensions will be entertained once the cutoff date passes, allowing the long-stalled process to move forward without further interruption.
