Liven Pharma Signs Manufacturing Deal for New Hormonal Medicines

Liven Pharma Limited has announced that it has signed a toll manufacturing agreement with Skywin, a move the company says will expand its product portfolio and support future growth. The development was formally disclosed to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday. According to the filing, the agreement will allow Liven Pharma to add hormonal medicines and penicillin-based products to its offerings. Management described the move as part of a broader plan to scale up operations and pursue long-term growth. The contract manufacturing arrangement is expected to help Liven Pharma expand in high-demand segments of the pharmaceutical market. The company said the agreement with Skywin has been finalized. Liven Pharma, incorporated in 1991 and based in Lahore, produces a range of pharmaceutical products, including tablets, capsules, syrups, suspensions, and injectables. The company was previously known as Landmark Spinning Industries Limited before rebranding and shifting its focus to pharmaceuticals in November 2024.
