Pakistan has officially won the bid to host the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) in November 2026.
Former Chairman P@SHA Muhammad Zohaib Khan shared this development in a post on LinkedIn.
“This means the technology leadership and delegations of 24 member countries — including Australia, Japan, China, Malaysia, New Zealand, and many others — will be arriving in Pakistan. This is a major milestone for our nation’s tech industry, and the biggest achievement after hosting APICTA,” Khan added.
The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) is a leading regional ICT federation representing 24 economies, working to promote collaboration and digital innovation across Asia and Oceania.
