CDA to Auction National Police Foundation Properties in Islamabad and Lahore

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an auction of properties belonging to the National Police Foundation (NPF) on October 15, 2025, as part of the foundation’s asset management and development initiatives. According to the announcement, the auction will take place at the Gandhara Heritage and Cultural Centre, F-9 Park, Islamabad, beginning at 11:00 a.m. The sale will be conducted on an “as and where is” basis, covering both residential and commercial properties located in Islamabad and Lahore. Among the properties up for auction are House No. 32, Street No. 28, Sector F-6/1, Islamabad, measuring 1422.2/9 square yards, and Commercial Property No. 28 (land and building), Mohafiz Plaza, measuring 24 marlas, situated in the main bazaar of New Anarkali, Lahore. Under the auction’s terms, successful bidders must deposit Rs. 20 million for the residential property and Rs. 30 million for the commercial property as token money on the spot. A 25 percent payment of the total bid amount, after adjusting the token, must be made within 10 days of bid acceptance, while the remaining 75 percent must be cleared within 20 days. All payments will be received directly by the NPF. Once dues are settled, NPF will issue sale certificates and ensure possession is transferred to the successful bidders within 20 days after completing all legal formalities. As per the terms, all applicable taxes, documentation fees, and transfer charges will be borne by the buyers.
