The Central Directorate of National Savings (CDNS) has announced new withholding tax rates on National Saving Schemes The Central Directorate of National Savings has announced an increased 30 percent withholding tax rate on “profit on debt” for persons not appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) from July 1, 2025.
