Chashma Sugar Mills Limited (CSM) has officially completed its amalgamation with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ultimate Whole Foods (Private) Limited. The announcement was made in a notice submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The merger, previously approved under the Scheme of Amalgamation, consolidates the operations of the two entities, with Chashma Sugar Mills Limited serving as the transferee company. This strategic move is expected to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and create new growth opportunities for the company. Chashma Sugar Mills Limited, headquartered in Islamabad, operates multiple factories in Dera Ismail Khan, including sugar mills and an ethanol fuel plant.
