Din Textile Mills Limited has announced two major corporate developments in notifications sent to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on September 24, 2025.
The company’s Board of Directors has approved a significant expansion of its value-added home textile stitching unit. According to the official statement, the expansion will double the unit’s production capacity by increasing the number of stitching machines.
The project is expected to be completed by December 2025, positioning Din Textile Mills to better serve both domestic and international markets with enhanced output.
In a separate notice, the company informed the PSX that its Spinning Unit-IV, located at Dars Road, Off Raiwind Manga Road, Bachuki Majha, District Kasur, will be temporarily shut down until further notice.
The company clarified that all other spinning, weaving, dyeing, and stitching units will continue normal operations without any interruption.
