Dynea Pakistan Limited’s Board of Directors has approved the execution and implementation of a 1.1-megawatt captive wind power project at Hub, Balochistan. The project remains subject to regulatory approvals and necessary contractual arrangements.
According to a disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the initiative aligns with the company’s long-term sustainability objectives. The finalization of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreement is currently in process.
The disclosure was made under Sections 96 and 131 of the Securities Act, 2015.
The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of formaldehyde, urea/melamine formaldehyde and moulding compound.
