FBR Introduces New Password Policy for Improved Security
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has changed the password policy and introduced new measures to protect taxpayers’ credentials against threats.  Under the new Password Policy, users have to change their password every 60 days to for maximum security.  Moreover, under the new policy, all passwords will expire after 60 days and the users have to change it through the forget password feature.  Chaning the password would however require the taxpayer to have access to his/her mobile contact number and email, if lost, the process would get more complicated.
