Gold prices in Pakistan remained stable on Wednesday, with the rate per tola standing at Rs. 388,100, following a record high reached the previous day.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold was recorded at Rs. 332,733, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Tuesday, gold prices surged by Rs. 4,100 per tola, reaching the historic level of Rs. 388,100. The international gold rate also remained steady at $3,654 per ounce, as reported by APGJSA.
Silver prices in Pakistan followed a similar trend, with the rate per tola unchanged at Rs. 4,358.
Meanwhile, international gold prices rose on Wednesday, holding above the critical $3,600-per-ounce mark. Spot gold was up 0.5%, trading at $3,644.54 per ounce as of 0652 GMT, after hitting a record high of $3,673.95 on Tuesday.
