Gold prices in Pakistan saw a decline on Friday, mirroring losses in the international market. In the local market, the price of gold per tola fell by Rs. 1,100, settling at Rs. 387,500.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs943, reaching Rs332,218.
On Thursday, gold remained steady with the price per tola unchanged at Rs. 388,600.
In the international market, the price of gold also saw a decrease. As per APGJSA, the international rate stood at $3,657 per ounce, with a premium of $20, reflecting a loss of $11.
However, silver prices increased by Rs. 29, with the price per tola reaching Rs. 4,447.
