Gold prices in Pakistan dropped on Friday, with the rate for 24-karat gold falling by Rs. 300 to Rs. 349,700 per tola.
It is pertinent to mention here that despite today’s decline, the price of the previous metal has gone by Rs. 9,100 per tola during the current week so far.
The price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold also declined by Rs. 257, settling at Rs. 299,811, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold were priced at Rs. 274,836.
On the international front, spot gold was trading around $3,315 per ounce, showing a slight increase of $1.2 or 0.04% from the previous session.
