NETSOL Technologies Limited has signed an agreement with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) worth over Rs. 500 million, funded by the World Bank, to initiate the next phase of the province’s Paperless Government Project.
According to a company filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the new phase builds on the success of the first stage of the project, which digitized key government processes, including Summaries to the Chief Minister, Cabinet workflow, and other paper-based procedures.
The second phase will focus on scaling automation and enhancing inter-agency integration to improve decision-making, service delivery, and auditability across provincial departments.
NETSOL stated that the initiative is part of the province’s broader digital transformation agenda, supported by the World Bank, aimed at promoting efficiency, transparency, and good governance through technology-driven reforms.
