The Senate was informed that Pakistan exported 434 locally assembled vehicles over the past three years, generating export receipts worth Rs. 1.41 billion.
According to a written reply submitted by the finance minister, Pakistan exported 100 vehicles in fiscal year 2022 to 2023, 107 vehicles in 2023 to 2024, and 227 vehicles in 2024 to 2025, showing a steady rise in outbound shipments.
The minister said the vehicles were exported to twenty countries, reflecting growing interest in Pakistan-assembled models in select international markets.
Lawmakers were told that while export volumes remain modest, the upward trend indicates potential for developing Pakistan’s automotive export capacity in the coming years.
