Petroleum prices in Pakistan are set to decrease from October 16, 2025, sources told ProPakistani.
According to sources, starting October 16, the price of petrol is likely to decrease by Rs. 6.10 per litre, while high-speed diesel may see a reduction of 97 paisa per litre.
The price of kerosene is expected to drop by Rs. 2.75 per litre, and light diesel oil may become cheaper by Rs. 1.64 per litre.
The petroleum industry has completed its calculations and submitted them to OGRA.
OGRA will send its summary for changes in petroleum product prices to the Petroleum Division, which will then forward it to the Ministry of Finance this evening.
The Ministry of Finance, after consulting with the Prime Minister, will give final approval for the changes in petroleum prices tomorrow.
