The Pakistani Rupee (PKR) on Thursday gained 05 paisa against the US Dollar (USD) in the interbank trading and closed at Rs. 280.21 against the previous day’s closing of Rs. 280.26.
On Wednesday, the PKR appreciated by 16 paisas against the USD, breaking a four day losing streaking in the process.
The price of the Euro decreased by 78 paisa to close at Rs. 301.61 against the last day’s closing of Rs. 302.39, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The Japanese yen remained unchanged and closed at Rs. 1.86, whereas a decline of 01 paisa was witnessed in the exchange rate of the British Pound, which was traded at Rs. 361.81 as compared to the last day’s closing of Rs. 361.82.
The exchange rates of the Emirates Dirham and Saudi Riyal decreased by 01 paisa each to close at Rs. 76.29 and Rs. 74.69, respectively.
