Sapphire Textile Mills to Acquire Minority Stake in UK Fabrics Company

Sapphire Textile Mills Limited (PSX: SAPT) has entered into agreements to acquire a minority stake in RTS Textiles Group Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales that specializes in manufacturing and selling workwear fabrics globally. The acquisition may be completed either directly by Sapphire Textile Mills or through a subsidiary, subject to corporate and regulatory approvals. The company expects this strategic investment to create synergies in manufacturing, marketing, and research and development, ultimately enhancing customer value and boosting textile exports from Pakistan. The Company is principally engaged in manufacturing and sale of yarn, fabrics, home textile products, finishing, stitching and printing of fabrics.
