Stylers International Limited has been officially certified as a Shariah-compliant company by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, a development the firm says will significantly expand its access to Islamic investment funds.
The company disclosed the development in a filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The company noted that the certification will have a material impact on investor decision-making and qualify the firm for investment from Shariah-compliant portfolios and institutions.
According to the filing, the SECP issued the certificate under the Shariah Governance Regulations 2023 after determining that Stylers International meets all required screening criteria, governance standards, and reporting obligations.
The certificate, dated November 25, 2025, outlines standard conditions including annual Shariah review reports and adherence to the Companies Act 2017.
Stylers International, which operates facilities in Lahore and Karachi, said the recognition strengthens its compliance profile and enhances transparency for current and potential investors.
Stylers International Limited stands out as one of Pakistan’s leading garment exporters. Incorporated in 1991 and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since January 2024, the company manufactures and markets denim and non-denim ready-made garments for both local and international markets.
