Treet Corporation Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increased investment of up to Rs. 752.9 million in the potential rights issue of its associated company, Loads Limited.
The revised amount represents a significant increase from the initial recommended investment of Rs. 187.4 million, the company said in a disclosure to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The investment will be made at a maximum price of Rs. 12.5 per share of Loads, subject to obtaining necessary shareholder approvals under Section 199 of the Companies Act, 2017.
The Board had earlier passed resolutions regarding the investment in a meeting held on November 19, 2025, and later finalized the revised recommendation through circulation on December 16, 2025.
Treet Corp’s management will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of shareholders to seek approval for the increased investment, with details of the meeting to be announced in due course.
The move underscores Treet Corporation’s commitment to supporting its associated companies and strategically strengthening its stake in the fast-growing Loads Limited.
